Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: May 20, 2026

Welcome to CondorNexus. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our website, purchase of industrial products, and use of our engineering support services in the United Arab Emirates.

By browsing our website, requesting quotations, or issuing purchase orders to CondorNexus, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Buyer" or "Customer") and CondorNexus (the "Seller" or "Distributor").

1. Scope of B2B Commercial Transactions

CondorNexus is an authorized distributor of industrial supplies, heavy-duty machinery, adhesives, tapes, and power tools.

  • Commercial Only: All transactions are strictly B2B (Business-to-Business). We do not sell to individual retail consumers. By requesting a quote, you represent that you are buying materials for professional, commercial, construction, or manufacturing applications.
  • Material Approvals: Many products (such as structural glazing tapes or epoxies) require municipal or engineering consultant approval. The Buyer is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary structural approvals prior to purchase.

2. Quotes, Orders, and Pricing

Quotations issued by our sales desks are subject to the following rules:

  • Validity: Unless stated otherwise in writing, all quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
  • Taxes: All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be applied at the prevailing UAE statutory rate (currently 5%) upon invoicing.
  • Blanket Agreements: Pricing for reserved stock or annual blanket orders is fixed for the duration of the contract, subject to timely release schedules agreed upon by both parties.

3. Delivery, Risk, and Free Zones

We deliver to commercial sites, facilities, and free zones across the UAE:

  • Free Zone Deliveries: Deliveries inside designated free zones (such as JAFZA or HFZA) are subject to standard customs gates procedures. The Buyer must provide the necessary gate passes or customs documentation if requested.
  • Risk Transfer: Risk of damage or loss of products transfers to the Buyer immediately upon delivery to the specified location or upon pickup by the Buyer's designated courier.
  • Lead Times: Quoted delivery dates are estimates based on local stock levels. While we maintain extensive local stock, we are not liable for project delays caused by global shipping disruptions, manufacturer allocation policies, or force majeure.

4. Product Technical Suitability & Liability

Because substrate chemistry, environmental conditions, and joint designs vary significantly, it is critical that materials are applied correctly:

  • Customer Testing: Product data sheets (TDS) and safety instructions (MSDS) are provided as guide specs from manufacturers (e.g., 3M). The Customer must conduct independent application testing to verify substrate adhesion and load-bearing performance under local environmental conditions.
  • Warranty Limitation: CondorNexus warrants only that products are genuine and free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. We exclude all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific architectural joint.
  • Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability for any transaction is limited strictly to the invoice value of the specific defective products. We are not liable for structural damage, project delay penalties, labor costs, or consequential losses.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from B2B purchase agreements shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
